We had a great experience with Durukan Isgilip - laid back, no pressure, very personable. We got to test drive the vehicle, and were allowed to do our own vehicle inspection and VIN code check without any hassle or argument from the dealer/salesman. The price came out to be exactly as advertised - no hidden fees. For someone who is anxious about interacting with pushy sales tactics, our experience was just the exact opposite!

Had a great experience buying a car here because of Durukan. He was totally straightforward and didn't try to pull any hard sell tactics. He walked me through the Missouri tax stuff right away so I knew my actual out-the-door cost with no surprises later. He was also honest when a car was still being worked on in the shop, instead of just guessing to make a quick sale. That kind of honesty is rare. Ended up buying a Sonata Hybrid Blue and got a fair price and all the paperwork I wanted. Ask for Durukan if you want a salesman who actually listens to what you have to say.

Honest mechanics and service desk personnel. I was quoted a $260.00 diagnostic fee for the problem I was experiencing. I wasn't charged the diagnostic fee as the problem was I needed new tires. Duh. Thanks St. Charles Hyundai mechanic and Nick, my service desk agent.

Great visit to the dealership for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and it comes with a walk around multi point inspection! Nick and Anthony were great!! I walked out with work done and a quiet environment to enjoy a tea and bar! I left with Vehicle Health Inspection; identifying wear areas and Nick even made notes for work that will need to be done in the computer for my next visit!! Helpful for me.
