My salesman, Raleigh S., is so worth working with, he is awesome~~friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything that I needed~~ I went to St. Charles Hyundai dealership, 9.15.2026, and had the BEST overall experience from the phone call to the finance dept. I bought my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited and I LOVE IT!! Everyone at this dealership was awesome~~ especially my salesman ~~ Raleigh S. ~~ including (Sid, Bobby, Jim) and so many others. Throughout the process, they asked if I needed anything and completely explained things to me along the way. Great visit to the dealership for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and it comes with a walk around multi point inspection! Nick and Anthony were great!! I walked out with work done and a quiet environment to enjoy a tea and bar! I left with Vehicle Health Inspection; identifying wear areas and Nick even made notes for work that will need to be done in the computer for my next visit!! Helpful for me. One of the easiest and most painless car buying experiences I've had. The car I originally wanted had been sold but they were able to find a comparable one that will be here next week. Booker made the process easy; no haggling, no waiting in the office for hours while he "talked with his manager" and no pushing extras I didn't want. My only negative is that I would have liked to get a little more for my trade-in.
