We had a great experience with Durukan Isgilip - laid back, no pressure, very personable. We got to test drive the vehicle, and were allowed to do our own vehicle inspection and VIN code check without any hassle or argument from the dealer/salesman. The price came out to be exactly as advertised - no hidden fees. For someone who is anxious about interacting with pushy sales tactics, our experience was just the exact opposite!

Honest mechanics and service desk personnel. I was quoted a $260.00 diagnostic fee for the problem I was experiencing. I wasn't charged the diagnostic fee as the problem was I needed new tires. Duh. Thanks St. Charles Hyundai mechanic and Nick, my service desk agent.

One of the easiest and most painless car buying experiences I've had. The car I originally wanted had been sold but they were able to find a comparable one that will be here next week. Booker made the process easy; no haggling, no waiting in the office for hours while he "talked with his manager" and no pushing extras I didn't want. My only negative is that I would have liked to get a little more for my trade-in.

We were rear ended on I-70 near the dealership on our way to our home in Florida. Our Tucson's rear window was shattered. A young man at the service desk came out with some clear wrap and helped us cover the window. Very grateful for the help.
Had a great experience with Dominic, our salesman, and Ben, the manager at St. Charles Hyundai. But it wasn’t surprising since this was our third time buying at this dealership. Dominic knows Hyundai’s products well and has a great way of explaining things. Ben helped on the numbers side of our decision. I brought my car in the morning for a scheduled appointment, but they were unable to work on it that day. I left it overnight, and they fixed everything the following day. The shuttle service was convenient and appreciated. However, I was disappointed that a loaner car was not provided, especially since they were unable to get to my car for the entire day despite having an appointment.

We bring our vehicles to them whenever they need servicing. The staff is always friendly and informative, service is great and facilities are clean, comfortable and accommodating. Service- if you need service for an existing Hyundai, this place is very helpful, communicative, and even offered a loaner car. Super helpful. I previously used Napleton Hyundai in Hazelwood which is a disaster compared to this. Worth the drive to come to this one!
