My experience was my car overheating. I called in Bridget answered the phone. She was pleasant. She told tow it too her. I am about a two blocks from dealer, so I drove it in. I showed up at noon. They diagnosed it on second day. On day three, I received call back at nine in morning. It was already fixed. They exchanged three parts. It was fixed quickly.
Wonderful service provider that I feel like I can trust. I first began using St. Charles Nissan service department in 2019 because they provided me with honest answers and prices to fix my Nissan. Lynn was great!! The Major is who helped us right away with a New Rogue. I was so undecided when we came in, but had lived my prior 2 Rogues, so wanted to start there. First oil change for my Elantra. Nice people and nice waiting area. All good experience, except surprised the car wasn’t washed after the work was done. I go to two other dealers and they always wash my cars afterwards to remove their fingerprints.Nice visit otherwise.

Terrible buying experience at St Charles Automotive. Ordered my Night edition Palisade on November 16. The car arrived on December 6th. I had financing set up with USAA before I went to purchase the car. Picking up the car i was told I had to finance through Commerce Bank at 8.4%. USAA was at 6.2%.
