I drove 45 minuets one way for an appointment I had set for mfg. recall item that would have taken maybe 15 minuets to replace. When i got there, dealership regretfully told me that they didnt have part due to Hyundai parts problems. Ive been waiting for months on another recall part/issue. I understand it may not be dealers fault for part problems but, it would have been professional courtesy for a call letting me know if didn't have to come in..

They always do a great job. I wouldn’t consider going any other place.

I had called another Hyundai dealer since it was closer and was treated like it was a joke and was not given answers to my questions. I brought my car here and in less than two hours was on my way. So i got a flat tire about 3 miles from the hyundai st charles. I drove on the flat to the dealership. The service team was able to get me in and out within an hour with a new tire. No appointment and everyone was so professional and made sure i knew what was happening every step of the way. They even told me about other issues my car was having and offered to fix them.
