Donald walked us through literally every button in the car. Very thorough and accommodating. This review might change depending on how picking up the car goes, but so far it’s been a great experience and he’s been a great salesperson.

Excellent service experience- I had a 30k service done. Very extensive items covered my Cus service person went over each item and how long it would take. There was a rattle that needed attention. A seasoned mechanic asked me to drive the car to make the rattle happen.. then said we have a warranty kit needed to fix it and said he would order it and call when it arrives ..overall would recommends this dealership for servicing…

I have had my Hyundai serviced at 3 Hyundai dealerships, and I now drive past 2 of them to go to St. Charles Hyundai. They are prompt, efficient and don't try to upsell me. Their customer service staff is top notch.

Raleigh is the best salesperson! He's friendly and informative. I took my new car back two weeks later and asked for a free carwash after an unfortunate incident parking under a tree with tons of birds in it. Raleigh was enthusiastic to take it through the wash and hand dry it.
